Paragon Supported Housing CIC ensure that our tenants are comfortable and safe in their homes, we aim to maintain our properties to the highest possible standard and provide an effective and responsive repair service to our properties our tenants our living in, we are committed to perform routine maintenance on all our properties.

Our aim is to resolve all the repairs as soon as possible to ensure the tenant is least affected by any property repairs. To help us to carry out and perform our repairs effectively, we have a system in place which categorises the priority of each repair to ensure that the more urgent repairs are dealt with straightaway.
