Safeguarding: A Culture of Safety
At Paragon Supported Housing CIC, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are fully committed to protecting the welfare, safety, and rights of all residents. Many of the individuals we support are vulnerable due to homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction, domestic abuse, or other complex circumstances. We recognise our responsibility to ensure they are safe, respected, and protected from harm.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and we take a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, neglect, exploitation, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind.

All concerns are treated seriously and investigated appropriately.
Reporting a Safeguarding Concern
If a resident, staff member, or visitor has concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a resident, this must be reported immediately.
You Can:
- Speak directly to their Housing and Support Worker
- Contact the management team
- Report concerns confidentially
All safeguarding concerns are logged, assessed, and, where necessary, referred to the appropriate Local Authority safeguarding team or emergency services.
If a resident is in immediate danger, emergency services should be contacted without delay.
