Our Commitment to Residents: The Charter of Rights & Standards
At Paragon Supported Housing CIC, we are committed to ensuring that residents feel safe, respected, and supported in their homes. We have adopted the Spring Housing Association Charter of Rights and the Greater Manchester Good Landlord Charter, a framework developed with people who have lived experience of supported accommodation, to guide the way we provide housing and support.
This Charter sets out the standards residents can expect from supported accommodation and helps ensure that everyone is treated with dignity and fairness.

Residents have the right to live in accommodation where they feel secure and protected. Everyone should feel safe from harm, exploitation, or unsafe living conditions.

Clear Information
Residents should have clear information about tenancy agreements, house rules, support arrangements, and any service charges, so they understand the support available and what to expect.
Respect and Dignity
All residents are treated fairly and inclusively. Diversity is valued, and residents are supported as individuals with their own goals.
Support and Progression
Residents have access to meaningful support to help promote independence, personal development, and positive move-on opportunities where appropriate.
Raising Concerns
Residents can raise concerns, complaints, or suggestions without fear of negative consequences. Staff will listen, act promptly, and take all feedback seriously.
