Our service is designed for people facing a range of challenges, including addiction & mental health, who would benefit from a structured and supportive living environment. We offer secure accommodation alongside tailored support, helping residents to build stability, develop life skills, and work towards greater independence.
Safeguarding: A Culture of Safety
At Paragon Supported Housing CIC, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are fully committed to protecting the welfare, safety, and rights of all residents. Many of the individuals we support are vulnerable due to homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction, domestic abuse, or other complex circumstances. We recognise our responsibility to ensure they are safe, respected, and protected from harm.
Charter of Rights: Equality & Fairness
At Paragon Supported Housing CIC, we are committed to ensuring that residents feel safe, respected, and supported in their homes. We have adopted the Spring Housing Association Charter of Rights and the Greater Manchester Good Landlord Charter, a framework developed with people who have lived experience of supported accommodation, to guide the way we provide housing and support.
Personalised Support: Tailored Care Plans
Our Housing Support Officers provide intensive 1-1 guidance to help tenants overcome the root causes of homelessness. Through a personalised Support Plan, we work collaboratively to improve wellbeing, manage benefits, and develop life skills. By conducting regular reviews and providing tailored care, we ensure every resident has a clear, structured pathway toward stability and successful independent living.
Supported Housing: Integrated Care & Guidance
Supported Housing provides adults who are vulnerable and in need of accommodation and extra support in order to maintain their accommodation. Our goal is to help support people within dependency within their local communities and is a starting point to get back onto their feet.
Landlord Partnerships: Collaborative Management
