Paragon Supported Housing: Providing High-Quality Social Housing Across England
Paragon Supported Housing CIC was established to support individuals out of homelessness and into stable, independent living. We have developed specialist knowledge and experience in providing accommodation combined with structured support services for people facing complex challenges.
Our model delivers on-site housing and personalised support for individuals experiencing homelessness, substance misuse, mental health difficulties, and domestic abuse situations. From the moment residents move in, support begins immediately.
We take time to meet each resident, build trust, and develop a positive working relationship. By understanding their individual circumstances, needs, and goals, we create a tailored support plan designed to provide meaningful and practical assistance.
Support may include help with physical and mental health needs, working through addiction or trauma with appropriate services, and developing essential life skills. We provide guidance with:
- Accessing physical and mental health services
- Engaging with specialist support for addiction, recovery, and trauma
- Developing budgeting and financial management skills
- Improving self-care and independent living abilities
- CV writing, job-search support, and employment preparation
- Guidance on nutrition, wellbeing, and healthy lifestyles
- Building confidence, resilience, and life skills
Our primary focus is to give residents the best possible opportunity to regain stability and move forward into independent living. We believe that without the right level of structured support, individuals are at risk of repeated tenancy breakdown and continued homelessness. Our approach is designed to break that cycle.
When a resident is ready to move on, we continue to offer assistance in securing suitable, affordable accommodation. We support them in finding a home that meets their needs and helps them sustain their independence long-term.
Our Impact
Changing lives through safe,
supportive homes.
How We Support Our Residents
From the very first meeting, we focus on forming a relationship with each of our residents to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. This allows us to create a tailored support plan, ensuring every individual receives the assistance they need.
Our support covers a wide range of areas:
- Physical and mental health: Helping residents access appropriate care and treatment
- Addiction and trauma support: Through case management and collaboration with local services
- Life skills development: Training in budgeting, self-care, nutrition, and employability
- Personal progression: Assistance with CVs, job applications, and move-on planning
Our goal is to give residents the best possible chance to regain independence. We know that without adequate support, individuals are at risk of repeated setbacks. By addressing underlying issues and providing consistent guidance, we help residents rebuild their lives and prepare for long-term independent living.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower people through person-led support. By listening and understanding each individual’s situation, we provide suitable accommodation and tailored support to meet their unique needs.
Our Values
Residents First
The wellbeing and happiness of our residents is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality support and accommodation in an inclusive and respectful environment, recognising the diversity of backgrounds and experiences.
Partnership
We work closely with local authorities, housing associations, care providers, landlords, charitable organisations, and referral agencies to deliver specialised support that helps our residents on the road to recovery and independence.
Passion
We are driven by our mission to provide safe, high-standard accommodation, quality support, and long-term growth, giving back to the community wherever possible.
Long-Term Vision
Our aim is to provide a pathway from supported accommodation to independent living, enabling residents to rebuild their lives with confidence and stability.
Moving On
When a resident is ready to move on, we continue to support them in finding a home that is affordable, safe, and right for their needs. Our aim is to ensure a smooth transition to independent living, giving residents the confidence and skills to thrive in their new home.
Why We Do It
At Paragon Supported Housing CIC, we recognise that a home is much more than a place to live. It provides the stability and foundation needed for personal development, recovery, and independent living. Through our holistic, person-centred approach, we ensure that residents benefit not only from safe and secure accommodation but also from tailored guidance and support that empowers them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
