If you are over 16 and living in a rented property, you may be able to claim Housing Benefit to help with your rent. Please contact your Housing and Support Worker for assistance with your application.

If you claim Housing Benefit, payments can be made directly to Paragon Supported Housing CIC, ensuring your rent is covered.

If Housing Benefit does not cover the full rent, you will need to pay any remaining balance yourself.

Repairs can be reported in several ways:

Paragon Supported Housing CIC insures the building, but we strongly recommend contents insurance.
Our insurance does not cover your personal belongings, even if damage is caused by leaks or neighbouring properties.

Any changes to your property, including painting or installing fixtures, require approval from your Housing and Support Worker. Permission is only granted if it does not affect the safety or condition of the property or neighbouring residents.

Non-urgent issues should be reported during office hours to ensure proper follow-up.

Visitors are welcome only during permitted hours, unless prior approval has been granted. This helps maintain safety, comfort, and wellbeing for all residents. Please speak to your Housing and Support Worker if you need exceptions for overnight stays.
